Recently we uterlised the services of Ray White Toronto for the sale of our property at Balmoral and I would like to commend you on the efficiency and affectiveness of that service. In particular our thanks to Nathan Wood who displayed a level of professionalism, understanding and enthusiasm that, quite frankly, we didn't expect. Nathan spent a lot of time with us getting to understand our expectations and a detailed knowledge of the property before it went on sale and gave us valuable advice on preparing the property and ourselves for that process. Once the property was listed he immediately had potential purchasers inspecting the property and within 1 week had identified at least two prospective buyers and again provided us with sound advice and assistance about the process at that delicate stage. Within 10 days of the property being listed we had received offers and, following negotiations by Nathan, we had accepted an offer within 2 weeks.
